Happy Good Friday.
Seems not too long ago when I was watching the Easter performance at City Harvest. Looking back, that time is now so surreal to me.
Faith, has always been something so far away from me. But I do hope that it'll get nearer in the time to come.
Moving on, there's something that I've always known but never really thought about, until now: Blogging is
phenomenal. But the real issue is: why?
I can't give an answer, because I'm still thinking.
In the meantime, I think I'll blog about last night's Mardi Gras at TJ. Reallly, really hot. Before this, I didn't know that such events ever happen at Singapore schools.
Seriously, the Mardi Gras would put MJ's "
Be Yourself Day" to shame. Deep shame. From what I saw last night, there didn't seem to be any strict dress code. People came in just about anything. The more common ones are Greek, goth, retro, cowboy, hip-hop, and they were all cool. There was a Roman soldier (or least that's what he looked like to me), a witch, a princess, a '
dead' girl holding a teddy bear, and a really cool doll wearing a red dress trimmed with lace, white platform boots and holding a white lace umbrella. (And that doll won the fashion prize).
What bowled me over, as the modern dance performance. Such a turn-on. (I can't believe I just said that.) Some of the dancers are
so hot, especially the salsa dancers. I love salsa. I think it's so hot and so cool and basically wow. I want to learn how to dance like that.
Hmm... I could save up for salsa classes. Yay, now I have something to look forward to.
